Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our tax compliance efforts, ensuring timely filing and adherence to regulations and policies.
- Oversee critical accounting processes, including month-end and year-end closures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in audits by providing essential documentation and insights into our financial and tax practices.
- Champion process enhancements to streamline operations and elevate our standards of excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about the latest accounting standards and tax laws, and sharing insights to drive best practices.
- Provide invaluable accounting and tax guidance to our teams across the AP region, collaborating to optimize our financial strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance and accounting.
- Be open to occasional travel as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing tax matters, with a track record of compliance and reporting success.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion: Show enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
