Job Description:
- Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site
- Monitor project timeline, scheduling and ensures work is carried out according to specification
- Ensure sit progress are on schedule
- Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage
- Conduct weekly and/or monthly meetings with sub-contractors to update progress of work
- Study project technical requirements in details
- Execution of project management, project schedule, coordination with sub-contractors, progress claims, payment certification etc for all project related matters
- Organize labour, equipment and material for day-to-day site activities
- Ensure quality of work is compliance to safety regulations
- Conduct daily safety briefing, inspections of worksite to ensure compliance on safety matters
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma and / or Degree in Architectural / Construction Management or equivalent
- Training Provided for candidate without experiences
