- Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
- Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring they have proper PPE, observe health and safety rules.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
- Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits when working at sites.
- Work with Project Manager/ Engineer/ Construction Manager on labor requirements and monitor arrangement to dispatch workers to construction site.
- Inspect and monitor works carried out at sites in compliance with safety measures, and other regulations.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to acquire necessary PPE, supplies and materials to meet project requirements.
- Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents at sites.
- To ensure the right tools and equipment are made ready at sites in a timely manner.
