- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials and labours for construction
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Liaise and establish support pertaining to financial budgeting with client, project managers, consultants, and contractors
- Sourcing and/or obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors for the preparation of cost estimation.
- Provide price comparison between different sources to have a competitive pricing.
- Discuss and coordinate with other QS to prepare quotations.
