Reception
Handle telephone calls.
Manage the counter – attending to all students, parents and walk-in
visitors’ queries.
Attend to goods delivery on behalf of staff.
General Admin
Assist in managing the sick bay by attending to unwell and injured
students.
Attend to students leaving school early.
Handle lost and found money and items.
Assist in admin duties such as data entry, faxing etc.
Packing and dissemination of brochures, forms and information
booklets.
To maintain tidiness of the reception area and sick bay.
Any other duties assigned when required
