Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide personalized administrative support to our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The CEO is looking to train and impart knowledge and skills to serve as the CEO's personal and business confidant as part of the career development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Efficiently handle communications in both Mandarin and English with various stakeholders.
- Review and summarize technology and event-related news and materials to keep the CEO informed of relevant developments.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Strong interest in technology and current events, with the ability to effectively summarize and relay important information.
- High Emotional Quotient (EQ) and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Street-smart, hardworking, and a rapid learner with no specific educational qualifications required.
