Roles & Responsibilities
we are looking for passionate team players to join our Team. You will be responsible for office administrative and operational tasks in high collaboration with internal terms & external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service in response to HR, Admin or general inquiries/ request.
- Work closely with Manager by providing necessary support in maintaining HR policies, internal workflows, processes, HR & administrative matters.
- Handle calls and emails related to toolbox meetings, including sending reminders, coordinating schedules, and addressing queries.
- Handle MOM pass application, renewal and Cancellation process.
- Maintain Employee P- file storage.
- Support in employee welfare, recognition and office day to day activities
- Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments
- Assist in manage onboarding processes and off boarding processes.
- To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filling etc.
- Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related qualification.
- Atleast 3 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Self- driven with high degree of professional integrity.
- High proficiency in Microsoft office (Word and Excel must)
- Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
- Strong office administrative skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Possess Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Team player & Highly Motivated
