Job Description:


As an Office Administrative cum Marketing Intern at St.Hua, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our office management and marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations through efficient data entry, email drafting, and prompt enquiry handling. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of customer service and administrative efficiency while gaining valuable experience in marketing strategies and execution.


Job Responsibilities:


• Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining business records.

• Draft and send professional emails to clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to enquiries.

• Handle customer enquiries and customer relationship management via email, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Support the management team in preparing business reports, presentations, and proposals.

• Assist in marketing research and analysis, identifying market trends and competitor activities.

• Aid in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

• Undertake general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents as needed.

• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance office productivity.


Requirements:


• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Working Hours:


Full-time position, 40 hours per week.

10:00 – 19:00, Monday- Friday


Location:


5 minutes’ walk from Jurong East MRT
