Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
- Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
- Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
- Evaluation of subcontractor’s progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
- Uploading payment certificates to ERP system
- Preparation of projected monthly cash flow and advise P&E Manager with progress forecast
- Review and verify material submittals from Subcontractor and prepare for submittals to Consultants
- Monitoring of subcontractors work progress and schedule
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Construction Building projects, preferably in A1 Main Contractors firm
- Understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects
- Familiar with ERP system and BMS costing software
- Familiar with MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
