This position plays a vital role in determine premium which reflects risk assessed and remains competitive in the market. The overarching job scope includes Telemarketing, Quotation, Processing and Emailing etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify upcoming policy renewals and proactively contact clients
- Generating quotations
- Handle administrative tasks such as email management
- Explain features and benefits of different options to clients
- Build positive relationships and maintain client satisfaction
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent working skills and team work skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- O level, A level, Diploma
- CGI Certrificate of General Insurance is preferred
- Health Insurance is preferred
