Job Scope:
- Oversee the team in the daily printing operation
- Prepare forecasting on yearly production resource planning and stock ordering
- Ensure card production / delivery are on schedule and meets quality control requirements
- Monitor card stock level
- Ensure timely submission of stock status reports
- Ensure all internal audit controls are in place and compliance to Audit Requirements
- Ensure all SOP manuals are updated to current operational procedures
- Ensure that projects are managed and coordinated well between internal and external parties
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree
- Possess Supervisory / Team Lead experience
- Prior experience in Operations & Project Management
- Prior experience in managing school projects is advantageous
- Prior experience in Inventory Planning & Distribution is advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
