Responsibilities
- To coordinate shipment arrangement with suppliers/vendor of the airfreight & seafreight operations
- To manage all administration matters relating to the air & sea operation
- To support the network/agent business in response to shipment arrangement and information as and when required
- To general billing invoices
- To generate reports as and when required
- To actively track and trace shipments and update customers accordingly.
- To process all types of customs & outward permits including preparation of export documentations
Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level/Nitec/Diploma from any discipline
- Min 1-2 years working experience in freight and logistics sales/business development/operation/customer service
- Team play; work as a team and willingness to share ideas
- Self starter and good listener
- Strong communicator and strong leadership
