Main responsibilities
Administrative duties:
- Handle order processing, invoicing and quotations, as well as manage goods inventory using the company’s SAP system.
- Assist customers professionally with their enquiries via emails and phone calls.
- Manage company's goods inventory, including forecasting and planning. and dealing with suppliers.
- Co-ordinate import/export shipments with overseas customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and also the company’s warehouse team.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team and other departments within the company.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Accounts Support and Other duties:
- Assist with certain accounting and finance duties, including entry of accounts transactions, handle receivables and payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
- Prepare certain monthly financial and other company reports for management.
- Handle basic HR-related matters, including monthly payroll, CPF contributions, staff leave, etc.
- Provide support with regards to internal and external queries.
Key requirements
- At least 3 years previous relevant experience handling corporate administration and accounts.
- Good basic accounting knowledge and well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Prior knowledge of utilizing SAP would be highly helpful as well.
- Positive attitude, responsible and able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of own initiative, organised and meticulous with high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
