Job description
- Work closely with Regional Management to provide administration support on regional work activities.
- Coordinate schedules and manage calendars for Regional Management (which includes hotel reservation, flight booking and transport arrangements).
- Provide assistant support to the Regional Management in travelling and meeting arrangement, meeting materials preparation and addressing other ad hoc matters.
- Compilation of HR related data (such as over time records, addition and reduction of headcount, genders group and etc) for regional office (which includes HR report preparation and documentation as required).
- To co-ordinate board meetings and act as board secretary for minutes taking during the board meeting.
- Update and maintain proper filing system to ensure proper documents keeping.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills (Fluency in Chinese language would be advantageous for effective communication with stakeholders).
- Records/ Data maintenance skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Occasional travelling maybe required.
- Fresh graduate in Diploma of any fields is welcome.
