Job Description & Requirements
  • Selling company's IT products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Understand the Nationwide E-Invoicing Initiative called InvoiceNow and help onboard as many companies as possible either as customers or customer counterparties.
  • Understand the extremely promising IMDA approved grants approved for the company's products and drive sales of these solutions to prospective leads and customers.
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • This is a job posting under the Mid-Career Pathways Programme.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Business Development or as a Customer Service Professional.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to embrace challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
