Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have the passion to work in a fast-paced environment, be fully hands-on, and be adaptable to managing day-to-day accounting activities. You will be responsible for keeping accurate records of the daily transactions, preparing balance sheets, and processing invoices. You will handle the financial health of the company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.
Job Scope:
- Responsible for overseeing the financial transactions of the company.
- Handle handling audits, invoices, and budget planning.
- Manage accounting activities, including bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Updating and reconciliation of accounts payable including intercompany and related parties
- Update the internal system with financial data, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits, and track bank deposits and payments.
- Implement financial policies to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial records are up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Monitor bank deposits and payments.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.
- Perform periodic financial analyses to detect and resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a diploma or degree in finance, accounts, or a related field.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing-related accounts.
- Possess good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Computer literate in MS Office and accounting software, eg. Navision.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong ethics with the ability to manage confidential data.
- Good teamwork with interdepartmental peers and colleagues.
- Good organization skills with strong detail orientation
