Sales & Marketing Manager – International School
We have a PEI registered with SSG-CPE and are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to develop, plan and implement marketing strategies for an upcoming international school. Our international students belong to the K-12 education segment and come from Singapore, China, India and South-East Asia.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Drive enrolment of international students
- Plan and deliver Pre-Sales and After Sales parent and student engagement and support activities
- Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing and promotion campaigns
- Manage partnership and student recruitment agents, i.e. select, train and monitor recruitment agents, and evaluate their performance
- Manage, support and attend student recruitment fairs overseas
- Monitor and analyse market trends in the private education sector
- Manage matters related to student life cycle such as pre-admission, admission, registration, student contracts, orientation, student services, graduation, and other student support matters
- Maintain and update school website and social media accounts
- Coordinate with external vendors to develop and distribute marketing collaterals
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the education sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Systematic and possess a keen eye for details and opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign
