- Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture to achieve project goals.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, government entities, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditures.
- Ensure financial objectives are met by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Provide comprehensive project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
- Regularly update on project status, milestones, and adjustments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent
- At least 3 – 4 years of relevant experience as a PROJECT DIRECTOR in the civil constructions industries
- Proven leadership and management skills in directing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- MUST be able to start work immediately or within short notice
