Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to develop design concepts that align with their vision.
- Concept Development: Generate sketches and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas. Develop comprehensive design schemes that combine functionality and aesthetics.
- Space Planning: Analyze spatial layouts and traffic flow to optimize functionality. Develop floor plans and furniture layouts to maximize space usage.
- Material and Finish Selection: Source materials, finishes, and furnishings that enhance the design concept while staying within budget. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and project teams. Communicate design concepts and respond to feedback.
- Other adhoc as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline
- Proficiency in interior design software (3D max, AutoCAD, sketch up and Photoshop) is a must
- Training provided for those with lesser experience.
