- Position: Sales Manager (Sales Management - Planning / Sales Process/ TEAM LEAD) - East
- Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)
- Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8000 + Performance Bonus + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave + Commission - Individual sales commission and Team sales commission

Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales performance of the business unit. This is
- measured by the revenue/gross profit generated and new business developed in terms of
- operational costs.
- Lead a sales team through execution of activities, monitoring and guidance,
- and effective motivation. The sales manager will also manage key customer accounts and deliver sales figures.
- The sales manager will be knowledgeable about the market environment through key partners and
- customers, new market developments and demand and supply conditions. Through these, he/she will be able to calibrate product mix and prices to increase competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Management experience is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience is not required.
- Candidate must be results-oriented.
- Candidate must appreciate the key sales drivers of the business. He/she should have the global view in mind while having a keen eye on the details.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership and able to motivate people.
- Candidate must have good sales skills.
