The Business Development Manager is expected to increase market penetration, market share and pipeline generation. This role involves utilizing industry databases, networking, and targeted social media campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, accounts, management to develop tailored solutions and proposals for prospective clients.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Proven Business Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales/marketing roles, with a track record of success in generating leads and driving revenue and profitability growth.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance data, and sales pipeline metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions, build rapport with prospects, and negotiate deals.
