About The Role -
This candidate will spearhead the implementation of a new HRIS while overseeing the Compensation and Benefits portfolio. Responsible for ensuring a seamless transition to the new HRIS platform and optimizing compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talents.
HRIS Implementation -
- Support HR Director in implementing new HRIS system from start to finish, covering requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and senior leadership to ensure HRIS aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for HRIS implementation.
- Ensure HRIS customization meets organization's specific needs.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, user training, and create user documentation for smooth adoption.
- Assist in executing change management plan for HRIS adoption.
- Act as primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements post-implementation.
Compensation and Benefits Management –
- Lead the design, development, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for the organization.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention through effective compensation and benefits offerings.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and managers on all aspects of compensation and benefits, including salaries, bonuses, and benefit packages.
Data Management and Reporting -
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within the HRIS, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to facilitate decision-making and enhance HR processes.
- Develop and upkeep dashboards and analytics to monitor key performance indicators related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in HRIS implementation and management (managerial role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
- In-depth understanding of C&B principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (a strong plus).
