Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of food according to the established standards
- Monitor food presentation and quality
- Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and special/Promotion dishes)
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
- Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils
- Performs any other duties assigned
