Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure project development progresses smoothly.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and with other project stakeholders across different locations.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the main office regarding all aspects of pre-commissioning, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of systems.
- Maintain open communication with various experts from the head office, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance, innovate, and efficiently manage products and projects.
- Participate in installation and commissioning activities.
- Generate project documentation, including design documents and procedures.
- Attend both internal and external meetings as required.
- Be prepared to undertake ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to inspire team members.
- Capable of working independently in high-stress environments.
- Possess a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex problems.
- Ability to think clearly in fast-paced, demanding international settings.
- Extensive worldwide travel is required, including South-East Asia, Oceania, and potentially other parts of the world.
