Position Overview:
Seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for our industrial sealing solutions, including expansion joints, gaskets, hydraulic sealing, load indicating fasteners, and O-rings. You will drive growth, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with key stakeholders. A technical background and proven business development experience in the industrial sealing industry are required.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Research market trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales and Account Management:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback.
- Provide reports on sales activities and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams for product development and marketing support.
- Train sales representatives and distributors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development within industrial sealing solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial sealing products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel.
