Job Description:
- In-house and Home visit support in servicing and repair of products.
- Basic electrical knowledge knows how when attending to electrical problem.
- Perform daily administrative function such as recording of field problem or updating of service record in CRM system.
- Generating simple reports for field service attended.
- Maintenance of company tooling, equipment and parts inventory in orderly manner.
- Support warehouse disposal activities.
- Any ad-hoc activities assigned in relation to the operation of the business.
Job Requirement:
- Willing to travel when required (transport will be provided)
- Preferably class 3 driving license
