HR and Administrative Executive

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as HR and Administration Executives. In these integral roles, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions. As an HR and Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating employee onboarding, managing office inventory, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.


Responsibilities

Human Resource Scope

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including offer letters, induction programs, and orientation sessions
  • Manage employee offboarding processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures
  • Handle and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as trainings, workshops, and team building events
  • Stay informed about employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Administration Scope

  • Manage and maintain inventory of office stationery, fixtures and equipment.
  • Process name card requisition for existing and new employees.
  • Issuance of office properties and assets to new employees.
  • Collection of assets from exiting employees.
  • Work with vendors for office procurement and review vendor billings
  • Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received from employees
  • Establish and maintain a proper filing system for efficient documentation and administration

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE certification
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
