In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media marketing plan to engage our audience, promote our products, and drive sales.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and potentially others relevant to the target audience.
- Create engaging and informative content that showcases the freshness, variety, and delicious possibilities of Hai Xian's seafood offerings.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products and in-store atmosphere.
- Manage and maintain Hai Xian's social media profiles, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve specific marketing goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
