Primary Duties
- Serve as the initial point of contact for our current clients.
- Achieve personal and team sales objectives.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster and develop strong client connections.
- Handle feedback, offering suitable resolutions and alternatives within designated timelines, and diligently follow up.
- Manage and service incoming sales prospects generated through sales development efforts.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and monitor sales performance.
- Fulfill any additional duties or tasks as required by the Sales Division.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of pertinent experience in account management and inside sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
