Job Summary:-

- Salary: Basic $ 2,500 - $ 3,200 with Variable Bonus
- Working Day: Monday - Friday
- Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily indoor sales operations efficiently.
- Handle sales order processing tasks such as generating quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
- Professionally address a high volume of inquiries and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Deliver excellent customer support and service.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads.
- Communicate with key external customer contacts as required.
- Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure projects adhere to the agreed plan and schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Assist in preparing and submitting relevant reports and documents for tenders.
- Participate in frequent online and offline product training sessions organized by vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Preferably with exposure to computer hardware/software/maintenance contracts.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong phone presence, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation.
- Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and assisting the team in achieving monthly targets.
- Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintaining good rapport with IT Business Partners.
- Proficient in MS Office.
