• Reviewing of, amending and advising on international agreements and trading contracts (eg. MOUs, cooperation agreements, teaming agreements, distribution agreements, terms and conditions of sale, non-disclosure agreements, labour contracts, sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, consultancy agreements, transfer documentation, conveyancing documentation etc).
• Advising on and handling Mergers & Acquisitions, debt recovery, insolvency and litigation matters and drafting of all documentation thereon and handling arbitration matters
• Coordination of intellectual property rights (registration matters), corporate secretarial matters and legal training (co-ordination and delivery)
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years PQE
• Relevant experiences as a Company Secretary and international trade background. Experiences in Mergers & Acquisitions will be advantageous.
• Good command of English and Chinese (spoken & written) to liaise with senior management, internal and external stakeholders in China.
• Office: Raffles Place | Mon – Fri (9am to 5:30pm)
• Monthly salary + AWS + Variable Bonuses
