Job Description & Requirements
As a HR/Admin Assistant, you will be assisting the HR/Admin Manager in supporting the HR/Admin department in the daily operation activities.
Responsibilities
1) Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors and update activities logs and records.
2) Process General and HR/Admin corresponding as well as addressing general enquiries.
3) Administer some HRIS programs like E-attendances and generate reports.
4) Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservation, air-ticket booking and support CEO and AGM for some administrative duties.
5) Responsible for the up-keeping of the administrative functions such as monitoring workers CSOC, Coretrade and contract expiry for renewal for workers.
6) Assist in training administration such as update Training records of each individual.
7) Assist in collecting feedbacks and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
8) Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
9) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
Requirements
1) At least GCE O Level with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
2) Prior experience in Manufacturing/Construction Industry will be advantageous.
3) IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.
4) Independent, meticulous and positive attitude in learning.
5) Have a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude.
