Your responsibilities include providing building maintenance support and servicing in high rise building, responding / hands-on to operational issues arising from electrical services, air-conditioning (AHU / chiller), plumbing & sewage, sanitary services, fire prevention, carpentry, taking meter reading and tenant feedback and any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
- NTC3 / NITEC in Electrical / Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation / equipment in a high rise commercial complex. Those with proven relevant experience may be considered for the position of Senior Technician.
- Team player who is able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
