ACME Focus Pte Ltd. offers accounting and many other corporate services to small/medium-sized companies (SME). Since our incorporation in 2004, we have constantly provided satisfactory services, which has resulted in a number of client referrals from existing clients.
Being an all-rounded firm, we pride ourselves on being professional in our work and caring for our clients at the same time.
Presently, we are looking for a full time Accounting Assistant.
The job scope covers, including but not limited to, the following:
- organising business accounting documents for corporate clients;
- recording business transactions into computerized accounting systems;
- business processes such as preparing invoices, payments, payroll, etc.;
- processing bank reconciliation;
- maintaining full set of accounts with supporting schedules;
- other bookkeeping/accounting related assignments
Before making an application, please take note of the minimum requirement:
- An "O" Level certification or ITE with knowledge in Business Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficient communication in English and Mandarin;
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office applications;
- It would be advantageous to have a background of at least 3 years of relevant work experience
Please do not worry if you have little or no relevant working experience. Your application will be considered as long as you:
- are hardworking and willing to learn;
- are meticulous, deadline-driven and adaptive;
- are able to prioritize work with minimum supervision;
- are able to multi-task and work on a variety of projects at the same time;
- are a team player with a positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
