Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to an assigned school
• Assist the Dean and students on academic-related matters
• Ensure compliance with approved academic policies and operation of academic administration matters.
• Maintain and update student records
• Attend to general inquiries, correspondences, and emails
• Coordinate with the Finance Office on financial matters and budgeting
• Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator on events related to the assigned school
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• Committed Christian who identifies with the mission of the College
• Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry and administrative work
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in either English or Chinese, or both
• Competent in MS Office and Google applications, and basic internet navigation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Knowledge of good customer service practices
