Work under supervision of Chef. Responsible for preparing food, plating dishes, storing food, testing recipes, prepare ingredients, maintaining supplies, and keeping the cooking area clean and organized. Good understanding of procedures related to kitchen operation. Able to do split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
