Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of Digital Platform in creating, updating and managing user manuals and conducting trainings for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform exploratory data analysis on the usage data of Digital Platform:
- Measure and monitor the success of the platform regularly
- Generate quarterly adoption rate report
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Support development of Power BI dashboard:
- Gather and understand Customer’s requirements
- Design and develop Power BI dashboard
- Manage all existing and new Power BI dashboard repository
- Manage the Digital Platform helpdesk:
- Track and manage all requests and direct to relevant stakeholders if required
- Be the first level of contact and support for Digital Platform
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Support Digital Solutioning team in bids, proposals and costing when required
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in BI tools, preferably in the Energy Industry.
- Able to translate reporting needs to a BI model with a keen eye for aesthetics; knowledge in SQL/Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
