- Project Engineer cum Drafter
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 Years M&E Experience
- Autocad skills & MS Office Proficient
- Basic knowledge in Surveying / Measurements is a plus.
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated and able to work as a team
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
- Scope:
- To assist the Project Director/Manager in planning, execution and supervision works;
- To assist the Project Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects;
- To co-ordinate sub-contract works;
- To assist in site administration;
- Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all A&A project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly
- Able to interpret drawing and identify discrepancy within all trades and come out with a solution
- To lead a team of supervisors to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement
- Responsible on Permit to Work Submissions.
- Create as-built Drawings and updates to clients.
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (Alternate Saturday) / 8am to 5pm
- Some works will be done in Engineering Hours (10pm to 6am)
