Responsibilities
- Animate the O&M community across the region by organizing and coordinating cross sharing experience, technical transfer knowledge, common training plan…
- Organize and control the implementation of the Standard of Processes defined by the Regional Technical Office
- Liaise with the Group and communicate / train the O&M teams on the guidelines defined by the group
- Lead functional and technical workshops with the O&M teams to identify topics that can be better standardized / industrialized (handover with the Project team, spare parts management, maintenance plans, OEM / supplier ranking…) across the region and define the actions to be taken
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of standardized processes
- Participate and support the organization of the Monthly/ Regional Local / Regional O&M steering committees and monitor the action plan defined
- Organize a Retour Of Experience (REX) process along the project life cycle and ensure the identification of lessons learnt and roll out of an action plan
- Support the Regional Portfolio Manager in any topic related to contractual / financial matters of the asset
- Ensure that the assets under management have the proper, updated and appropriate administrative (insurance market license) and contractual framework
- Engage, along with the Regional Portfolio Manager, to create a customer engagement plan (stakeholders mapping, clients surveys…) to gather feedbacks and create additional extensions / opportunities with existing customers
Requirements
- Master/Degree in Engineering , Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in O&M management
- Strong decision-making skills and capability to guide the organization toward strategic objectives
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall financial performance
- Experience in optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and productivity
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization and clear communication of organizational goals
