Responsibilities:
- Preparation of ingredients
- Cooking palatable, varied and nutritious meals in accordance to the recipes approved by the Head Chef and Dietitian
- Comply with food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Guide and supervise junior staff in the kitchen
