As our Business Development Consultant, you’ll spearhead our growth, transforming potential into success. Your mission: to strategically prospect, engage, and secure new clients, championing our renowned training programs from initial lead generation to triumphant closure. You will be responsible for developing business growth for our training consultancy and implementing the business development plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up, working to aggressively sell and market our Programs to our audience.
You will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients with the need for corporate training solutions. We need a talented individual with a gung-ho attitude who can hit the ground running.
You need:
- 2-10 years’ experience in Business Development within the corporate training industry
- Drive the entire sales cycle – from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, and consultation to closure for potential clients
- Strong presentation skills to present to mid and senior level management on learning and development strategies
- Good network of contacts with related decisions makers such as HR or L&D across diverse industries
- Good knowledge of L&D Market; Knowledge of WSQ funding and landscape will be a plus
- Is independent and resourceful, with an energetic go-getter mindset
