As a dental laboratory, we work closely with clinics, dentists and other dental professionals to design and fabricate dental prostheses.
As a Full-Time Dental Technician, you will fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Understanding Prescription: Read and interpret doctors’ prescription forms.
- CAD/CAM Handling of Digital Materials: Download digital scans. Upload files for fabrication.
- CAD/CAM Machines: Operate CAD/CAM equipment such as milling machines.
- Model and Mould Making: Accurately create and refine models from dental impressions.
- Prosthetic Fabrication: Building of porcelain. Fabricate, alter or repair dental prostheses such as implant and non-implant crowns, bridges, onlays and veneers done using conventional or digital workflow.
- Customisation: Customise dental prostheses to match individual patient needs and specifications, ensuring proper fit and function, while following requirements in the prescription.
- Quality Check: Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met before sending the case out.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members, dentists and other dental partners to achieve optimal outcomes for patients.
- Material Management: Manage inventory of dental materials and equipment and order supplies as needed.
- Machine Management: Maintain equipment and machine performance by establishing operating procedures. Arrange for equipment servicing, and repair.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English Language is a must as dental prescription forms are written in English.
- Being computer and smartphone literate is a must as using computers and phones for workflow and communication is required.
- Willingness to learn.
No experience required. On-job training will be provided. Experienced candidates are welcomed too.
