· Develops, monitors and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
· Effective stakeholder management and employee relations by addressing challenges, Team Member grievances, or other issues.
· Oversees the effective implementation of the Team Member selection process and values alignment of near hires and Team Members due for promotion.
· Supports current and future business needs through spearheading activities that help leaders understand how to navigate through people-related issues that affect their work and overall Team Member engagement
· Nurtures a productive and persevering working environment by inculcating the Company values in every HR process and initiative.
· Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
