Job Description & Requirements
- Plan and manage manpower manning and deployment of officers for all sites under your charge. This is done through the monthly / weekly deployment schedule and redeployment of officers between sites to fulfill headcount requirements;
- Manage officers under your charge including training, appraisals, leave matters, disciplinary actions and adherence to PWM grade;
- Manage all required pre- and post- Headcount / Incident / Supervisory Reports and any other reports as required by clients and Senior Management;
- Supervise all security teams and conduct of site checks to ensure adherence to established SOPs and procedures, and to ensure proficiency of officers in executing assigned tasks;
- Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management. Ensure that operation related equipment e.g. walkie talkies, Guard Tour system conform to the company’s specified requirement.
- Ensure the serviceability status of operational equipment at all assignments is in good working order.
- Ensure proper manpower development and training.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the implementation if the Quality Management System within the Operations Department
- Well versed in security technology, eg remote monitoring, virtual patrolling etc
- Managing and ensuring CCTVs are set up and working at all deployment sites
- Set up clocking points and ensure reports are sent to clients in a timely manner
