2B Logistics LLP is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient storage, organization, and movement of our clients' belongings within our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of furniture, boxes, and other household or commercial items in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Unpack, sort, and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist with packing and preparing items for moving according to client instructions.
- Label and track inventory using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
- Assist movers with loading and unloading trucks during busy moving seasons (potential for overtime).
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license a plus (not mandatory).
