ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficient in preparing full sets of accounts and conducting bookkeeping tasks on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis across diverse company and business profiles.
- Capable of compiling financial and management reports.
- Skilled in preparing and submitting GST returns, along with managing the filing process.
- Experienced in preparing audit schedules and facilitating communication with external auditors during the annual audit.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity or position.
- Proficiency in GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software such as XERO.
- Demonstrates initiative, adept at multitasking, able to work independently, dedicated, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned.
Working hours: Mon - Fri : 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternative Sat : 8.30am - 12.30pm
