Responsibility
- Supervise a team of QA inspectors in ensuring the inspection, testing and measurement of in-coming material, in-process and out-going products are conducted according to the established procedure and within the defined timeline.
- Maintaining the workflows, processes, and products comply with ISO9001 QMS requirements and customers’ expectation.
- Coordinate with internal teams on investigation of customer complaint on product quality and internal non-conformance, including containment actions, material disposition, corrective actions, and risk mitigation to prevent recurrence.
- Support regulatory and customer audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize statistical tools to monitor and assess product performance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment’s calibrations, consumables and arrange external microbiological testing.
- Well-versed in Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in quality or engineering.
- Well versed of ISO9001.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Good understanding in root cause analysis and CAPA approach, SPC, FMEA and risk assessment approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good report writing skill.
- Knowledge of metal and flexible packaging is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO13485 is a plus.
- Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
