1. Warehouse and Inventory Management:
· Support efficient warehouse operations, complying with HSA and MOM guidelines.
· Keep comprehensive and up-to-date inventory records.
· Execute astute stock-level analyses, proactively managing re-order strategies.
2. E-commerce Store Fulfilment
· Manage end-to-end order fulfilment procedures efficiently.
· Ensure delicate products' pristine condition upon customer delivery.
· Swiftly address customer inquiries about operational and fulfilment matters.
3. Retail Operation:
· Implement and support operational strategies, ensuring compliance.
4. Supply Chain:
· Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
· Manage procurement activities for optimal stock levels.
