RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement the design, development, and testing of PresentationPro Virtual Reality system
- Oversee the system deployment and user support during the system pilot
- Work with PI, Co-PIs, student interns, and student assistants to evaluate the VR system
- Research into best practices in VR system design and development
- Write research papers with PI and Co-PIs
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning
- Minimum 5 years of relevant research and development experience in virtual reality
- Excellent working knowledge of extended reality technologies such as Unity C#, XR libraries/frameworks is required
- Proficiency in Blender or similar is required
- Demonstrated industry experience and know-how on virtual reality
- Good analytical, technical, and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and also collaboratively with team members
