Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:


Operations: Process related tasks that enable the team to run efficiently, such as project and resource plans, timelines, status meetings, client updates, scoping, budget tracking, finance reconciliations.


Clients: Demonstrate best-in-class partnership with our clients and develop a strong relationship with them. Become a trusted go-to contact on a day-to-day basis.


The Work: Work closely with the strategy, creative and production teams to shape the work. Quality control, and ensuring all work is on-brief and on-brand. Play a key role in making the work happen in the execution phase.


Commercials: Be responsible for finance paperwork, production estimates and invoicing. Work closely with seniors on the team to drive account revenue growth and profitability.


We need someone with optimism and enthusiasm, who can dive straight into the day-to-day of an account, and has the ability to work at speed and reliability, with an obsessive attention to detail and the confidence to take the initiative.


Requirments:

-You have 4-5 years’ experience working in Integrated Advertising / Creative Agency or Social Media Agency in account management / client servicing role

-Have a strong understanding of how a Creative Agency works, the various departments within it AND how to collaborate with them

-Have strong written/verbal skills and the ability to sell a creative concept and write a single-minded creative brief

-Have a strong ability to communicate to influence client’s decision making and the smooth running of projects. In this role you are a natural at balancing and prioritizing.

-Be fast on your feet, able to come up with smart, creative answers to client issues.

-Must know how to resolve conflict (with support from above).

-Anticipate problems; resolve problems at early stages; know when to ask for help

-Stay calm in stressful situations

-Be a good listener; develop strong presentation skills. Be persuasive, both internally and externally

-Have proactive management of integration of the big idea with partner agencies

-Excellent communication skills and competency in managing multiple internal/external stakeholders spanning various disciplines and seniority levels.
